Return & Refund Policy

If a product arrives damaged or has a defect in the first 3 days, contact support with photos and your order number.

SMT Tools arranges a replacement or a refund after the service desk inspects the photos and, when needed, the machine.

Used consumables, cut discs, and petrol machines that have been fuelled cannot be returned unless they arrived faulty.
